Jetzt wollte ich das ordentlich machen, hab mir ne CRF 450 Bremsscheibe geholt und heute als ich die neue Bremsscheibe ausgepackt hatte fiel mir auf, dass zwar der Lochkreis etc. passt, aber die Scheibe 240 statt 220 mm hat. Da war mir erstmal nach , jetzt hab ich ne Bremsscheibe die ich nicht brauchen kann und die CR noch nicht einsatzfertig... Wurst, jetzt dreh ich mir flache Hülsen und drehe notfalls die Schraubenköpfe leicht an Mal gucken wievie Platz da genau ist. Achja, hab einen Satz Originalschrauben der CRF genommen. Also Bundhülsen gedreht so schmal wie es ging, den Rand des Kopfes von den Hondaschrauben abgedreht und nu ist sogar etwa 2/10 mm Luft: Jetzt habe ich aber ein anderes Problem. Bei mir passt seltsamerweiser der 160er auf der 5 Zoll Felge nicht zwischen Schwinge und Kette: Das Einzige was ich machen könnte, wäre einen Distanzring für unters Kettenrad anzufertigen. Das reicht Glaube aber ich versuch es übergangsweise trotzdem mit einem Distanzring, dann oxidiert der Reifen auch nicht mehr rum... Hat jemand ein abgenutztes Kettenrad über ? Nur die Reifenwärmer bekomme ich da nicht durchgewürgt, gibts da irgendwas, was man machen kann, außer sie eben so gut es geht hinzuschieben ? Henri Posted September 18, 2015 Author Report Share Posted September 18, 2015 (edited) So, für die Akten: Der Tip mit dem Suzuki Ritzel war goldrichtig, passt ebenfalls bei der CR und die Kette wandert um 3 mm nach außen. Vergleichsfoto folgt. Hinten dreht man ein altes Kettenrad ab oder kauft sich einen Adapterring von Naben vor 2012 auf 2013er Modelle oder baut gleich eine 2013+ Nabe ein, welche 3mm breiter ist. 3mm nach links speichen ginge auch, aber nur wenn man nur noch gebrauchte Bremsbeläge einbaut, da sonst für die neuen der Spielraum der Bremse nicht mehr ausreicht, wenn sie ganz auf Anschlag auf den Bolzen sitzt.
