Sespri Posted April 21, 2017 Report Share Posted April 21, 2017 (edited) Habe ich ähnlich gemacht. 10mm Alustange aus dem Bauhaus (Gewicht), an den Enden Gewinde geschnitten und Endstücke von einem Plastikhammer genommen.
