Wenn ich in diesem Leben noch so weit mit meiner Möhre komme, dann wird der Motorschutz aus 4 Lagen Aramid Hybridgewebe gemacht - Kohle schleift sich immer noch ziemlich fix ab, egal wie dick der Kram gemacht ist. Also an meinen Motorschutz schleift allenfalls der Hubständer Kohle/Aramid-Gewebe läßt sich halt schlecht besäumen/fräsen/schleifen, da es immer fusselt. Bin jetzt, nachdem die Ausschnitte gemacht sind, bei 620 gr bei gleicher Stabilität wie der Aluschutz, das war das Ziel. Morgen noch Klarlack druff und gut. LRP Posted March 5, 2014 Report Share Posted March 5, 2014 (edited) Für mich garnix, da wir das in der Firma verarbeiten (Reste). Normal als Eizelstück, privat gebaut mit Lack/Carbon/Harz etc. so 70€. Im Zubehörhandel so um die 150 - 200€, wobei es meinen nicht in Carbon giebt, nur in Alu (98€). Der größte Aufwand ist halt, eine Serienfähige Vacumform herzustellen der rest ist Spielkram. Bei Serienteilen ist da sicher 100% gewinn drinn, da Carbon immer noch als "Besonders Edel" gillt. Ich hab so 1,5 qm Gewebe und 1 qm Gelege inkl. verschnitt, verbraucht. Wenn man nicht gerade durch den Job, zugriff auf alles hat, ist der Eigenbau Nonsens. @Throttle_Jockey : Nein, wir bauen Yachten, insbesondere im Hochleistungsbereich und Ausrüßtungsteile, was genau ist nicht öffentlich, leider.
