As I said before all components are OEM, even rod pin.

Assembling done via cold pressing only, without any welds.

Material for intermediate bush - 40X according to GOST.

Process:

- precision bushes bore cutting in crank halves

- bushes late

- oil channel opening cutting for one bush only

- bushes overall heat treatment to chill

- precision bushes outside surface machining

- bushes cold pressing in crank halves

- precision bushes inside surface machining

I have this crankshaft and all engine, I don't know why the right crankcase has a crack from front and goes behind the crankshaft 🥲🥲
